1. Make fix and appropriate installation of the belt conveyor machine.
2. Check the belt conveyor before operation.

Make sure the protecting device is all ready, the belt tension is adjust to appropriate degree and so on.

3. The belt conveyor should start with non-load and then be fed after its normal operation.
4. If there are several belt conveyors operate in series, then they should be started in order from the discharging port. Do not feed materials until all conveyors are operated normally.
5. The working condition of the belt conveyor machine. The temperature of the conveying material should between 50℃ and -10℃, and materials with acid and alkali should not be conveyed.
