How to Correctly Make Maintenance for Belt Conveyors

As we all know, correct and proficient operation is the guarantee for the efficient working of the belt conveyor.

Excluding the impact from the sundries in the material, in order to improve the conveying efficiency, operators should pay attention to the following points:

Make fix and appropriate installation of the belt conveyor machine.
Check the belt conveyor before operation.

Make sure the protecting device is all ready, the belt tension is adjust to appropriate degree and so on.

The belt conveyor should start with non-load and then be fed after its normal operation.
If there are several belt conveyors operate in series, then they should be started in order from the discharging port. Do not feed materials until all conveyors are operated normally.
