Do you know difference of TD75, DTII and DTIIA series belt conveyor?

Specifications of TD75, DTIIA, DTII series belt conveyors are the national standard of China belt machine, which represent three types of conveyors.During the model selection,the standard should be noticed. How to choose a proper type to save client’s cost? The following is the characteristics of the three types of conveyors:
TD75 series conveyor is the first standard belt conveyor, it can be used to convey small lump, granular, powder material, due to simple structure, low cost, easy maintenance, convenient maintenance, and large transport capacity,TD75 series belt conveyor becomes a common machine,it can be single or multi sets running to form a horizontal or inclined conveyor system.
DTII series belt conveyor is designed according to the components. The designers can design and assemble the conveyor according to the requirements of transportation, different terrain and working conditions,it has a wider use compared with TD75 type.
DTIIA series belt conveyor a heavy duty machine is mainly used to transport large density, large transport capacity and long transmission distance, conveyor selection is determined according to many parameters.

How to troubleshoot the daily malfunction of vibrating motor?

1. after connect the power supply, motor is unable to start, please check:

(1) if power supply is lack of phase;

(2) if motor is loss of phase;

(3) if protective cover is damaged or rub eccentric block.

2. after start-up, there is big motor noise or motor heats, please check:

(1) if the contact surface roughness of vibration machine and motor foundation is in line with the installation requirements;

(2)if the anchor bolts are not tighten up ;

(3) if the vibration acceleration is in line with the requirements;

3. after the adjustment of eccentric block, amplitude changes abnormally please check:

If eccentric block on both ends of the rotor axis is symmetrical;

4. when two vibrating motors of vibration machine vibrate at the same time, if its phase does not conform to the requirements, please adjust the phase sequence of the single unit, don't adjust the total phase sequence of two vibrating motors.
