Belt Conveyor Trippers Were on Their Way to Thailand

“All products meet clients’ specific requirements” is what we have promised.

Right before 5 days ago, we reached an agreement with our clients from Thailand, promising to deliver belt conveyor with tripper and circular vibrating screen what they had reserved. The belt conveyor with tripper refers to a particular equipment worked for wooden chip production line which will be settled at the top of warehouse to reach a maximum utilization rate of its space. 

Besides, their belt width are 1000mm and 650mm, length 25mm and 42mm.While circular vibrating screen is available for separating wooden chip with a size scale larger than 50mm, and stone size smaller than 4mm.

In addition, our clients are in need of metal detector, permanent magnet and drum separator as well. The permanent magnet settled at the feeding end is designed for isolating metals from material, while metal detector and drum separator are applied to eliminate the metal appeared in the production line.

Follow the Right Operation of Fixed Belt Conveyor, Otherwise Accident will Occur

1.Fixed belt conveyor should be fixed in accordance with the specified installation methods on the foundation;
2.Before start-up ,please check all the moving parts of belt conveyor, such as if belt buckles and bearing device is normal, if the protective device is complete, if the belt tensioning condition is adjusted properly before start-up;
3. Fixed belt conveyor should no-load start up, only when operation is normal, can you feed the material, feed material before starting up the conveyor is not allowed;
4. when units of belt conveyor operate in series, please start from the discharged end in order, only when the operation is normal ,can you feed the material;

 

5. When belt deviation appeared in the operation of the belt conveyor, please stop the conveyor and adjust timely, so as not to wear edges and increase the load;
6. The work environment and material temperature should not be higher than 50℃ and lower than -10 ℃;
7. The conveyor must not convey people, and people is not allowed to stand under the conveyor;
8. Stop feeding material before stopping the conveyor, only after stored materials are discharged completely you can stop the conveyor;
9. Belt conveyor motor must be in good insulation;
10.Do not use your hand to pull the belt in order to avoid accidents when belt slips.

What Should Users Notice before Running the Motorized Drum with Anti-reverse

Recently, we received a feedback from our Thailand client that the motorized drum with anti-reverse of belt conveyor didn’t rotate, here PK Machinery will explain the notice we should note which can avoid this problem effectively:
1.After installation of the whole set belt conveyor, we should check the motorized drum carefully before commissioning, check and make sure the power supply must be identical to the one stipulated by the nameplate.
2.If the motorized drum with anti-reverse, the wires connection must rotate according to the indicated rotate direction.

 

 3.Check if the oil level of the drum body is satisfied before running. The methods are suggested as below:
Rotate the drum body, keep the oil outlet as high as 2/3r, see the following figure, then remove the plug and make sure the oil surface is level with the outlet.
(This is important, if without oil, the motorized drum will occurs much noise, even not rotate, and finally it will damage)
